From the pattern envelope:
"Semi-fitted, lined, below hip jacket has welt pockets, no side seams and long, two-piece effect sleeves. Loose-fitting, A-line, lined dress, below mid-knee or lined top has back zipper and short or long sleeves. All have raised neckline and shoulder yokes/pads. Semi-fitted, tapered skirt, lower calf, has waistband and back zipper/hemline slit. Tapered pants have waistband and side zipper."
From a non-smoking home. Factory folds intact, pattern envelope shows normal crinkling from storage, small tear at top of back of pattern envelope.
